Capillary schedule again

Image
I decided to do a capillary schedule again . My hair felt soft, even if it was once a week and buying 3 types of conditioner. The reason why I go back to a capillary schedule is because I tend to forget to give my hair the moisture-nutrition-repair it needs. I only condition my hair when it feels dry, but it feels especially dry in summer. We have dry summers here in north-west of Germany. Talk about climate change ...  ETA: when I had the idea to start my capilary schedule, it was hot outside. Now it's autumn time. I get cold faster so I may need to wash my hair 2 times a week, because steam showers: mondays and thursdays.  Because I wash my hair twice a week in winter I will chose the first two rows of the weekly schedule. 1st Month 27th August - HYDRATION first, NUTRITION next Monday 31st August - NUTRITION. 3rd September - NUTRITION again. 7th September - HYDRATON. 10th September - HYDRATION. 13th September - NUTRITION. I had to wash my hair because I had to go to ...

EFIT 27. September

Image
It contains affiliates. The * marks affiliate link. I only recommend products I use myself on daily basis.   EFIT-Alarm! ๐Ÿ‘€ I love this efit  format of my blog. It's so organized. ๐Ÿ˜‡ 08:00 I drink more tea and less coffee. Just like I eat less meat and more veggies, just like I eat less and drink tea. I just had to write down some ideas before I start the day. Read the story on wattpad . (shopping fotos 9 u. 10 uhr, 11 foto eingekauftes, 12 post)  09:00 I started to read Pope Joan by DOnna W. Cross. It's nice, captivating book I'll review later. 10:00 I usually check out the long hair community without engaging too much into forum discussions.   11:00 my updos look pretty minimalistic when it comes to going outside. 12:00 I don't really like to photograph what I eat... 13:00 I decided to participate in a real photography exhibition so I made a money pool for that. I described the whole story in another blog entry , in hope I will gather mor...

Child Protection packaging

Image
I bought a simple honey pot from a supermarketand I had serious problem figuring out how to open the package in the first place . Then my husband tried to open the package but he hurt his fingers. So it's actually more important to protect lazy adults from taking care of their children, than to educate the population about taking care of themselves. I am beginning to  have the fear to buy a product because I don't know if I can open the package. I lived at the border of Bukarest, where people still had a small farm. My grandma had chickens, hens, a rooster, pigeons, ducks and a dog at one time or another. I learned that my grandma used some pink grains  against rats. Yes, where there is a farm, there are definitely also rats who'd love to eat a chicken. When my grandma told me I am not allowed to check out this or that place, I DIDN'T! She explained to me the things I explained to you above, and that's it. I didn't even need to cry, shout, destroy things...

We need our nature back

Image
It was never so bad as this year (yes, 2019). My neighbors began cutting down trees and hedges all over the area. Since 4 years ago, since I live here I saw yet another tree gone, yet another hedge replaced with wood fences. I mean what's the idea behind it? Why cutting trees to create wood fences? Just because they don't want to sweep the fallen leaves once a year probably? courtesy of web.de The areas where I live and work have become empty without those magestic trees and bushes . These trees still exist, thank God. Unfortunatelly I am not allowed to show you much of my area, because it's private area... you know... Of course people actually complained about the fact that they should leave nature alone. Many of those comments don't even have anything to do with the article. Insert German lesson of the day: meckern (complaining). Honestly I am prepared not to hear any more electric saw in summer. Have a nice day and let me know if you think this ...

Shaking off the cold

Image
I feel better after drinking a lot of tea, eating hot soups and fruit. I still have a rough voice especially if I speak loud and for some long(er) time. I'm experimenting with vitamins and tea... and of course, photography ๐Ÿ˜. not happy with this view This thing ... Is not kompost as the fruit are fresh (as oposed to cooked).A friend told me it's still a tea but some kind of... well something different and interesting. Ok I cold my experiment raw tea ; or roar/ tea as the pronunciation is quite the same (english is not my native language, so feel free to laugh at me joke) ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Ingredients: pears (speaking of which, the last time I ate pears I was probably in my teens) (?) grapes tea bag hot water Enjoy it while you edit the photos and upload them on  different photo-challenge-websites...

Random tea receipt

I got cold. Thank you climate change ๐Ÿ˜“ As I was once cold 4 1/2 years ago (since I live in Germany) and I could shake off the cold with some tea and lemon, I tried it today too. Only one exception: marmalade added... well what's left of it, of course. Note: you can do the same thing using honey instead of marmalade ๐Ÿ˜‹ Yummy! Pour hot water; lukewarm water will get cold faster because the marmalade jar is bigger than a regular cup of tea. At this point I had to add water first, then photograph. I had a cinematic idea รก la Peter MCKinnon , but my lens got covered with steam from the hot water. Peter, how HOW do you do all your amazing stuff?! ๐Ÿ˜ Lemon is optional, but it works miracles. I also decided to (re)use the jar lid. Too much of throw-away in this world... Plus, this method may keep your tea hot/warm for longer. If you decide you don't want to keep a marmalade jar in your house, at least, please recycle it correctly .  If you are healthy, stay healthy; ...

New Year's Eve without fireworks

Image
I don't know how laws are regarding fireworks where you live, but there are people in Germany who want to deny fiewworks because of fine particles in the air (polution and all that). Of course I  heard also about animals fearing the sound of the fireworks; but then I also think there must be some stray dogs since very long time.; and the Chinese fireworks even longer... Anyway a Facebook event (you don't have to know German language to stop buying fireworks for next year) brought me to an idea: not buying fireworks, but photographying them. As there are still a lot of people to buy and enjoy fireworks, I settled for photographing the fireworks (and some people?) How would New Year's Eve without fireworks look like? Happy New Year!
